Amaica’s menu provides a broad representation of African cuisine. Kenyan dishes include kienyeji chicken, smoked organic chicken, fresh Lake tilapia, omena, smoked beef, sun-dried beef, tripe, traditional mushrooms, pigeon pea curry, cowpea curry, githeri, ugali, matoke, chapati and other traditional accompaniments.
